In Arabic and in English

The exhibition ecosystem, on one platform

Organisers, exhibitors, buyers and media all work from the same exhibition — one shared record instead of everyone keeping their own copy. The experience is the same in both languages.

Platform

Why one platform

An exhibition is assembled today from documents, spreadsheets and inboxes, and every participant ends up holding their own version of it. ExpoShack gives it one structured home — a single record of what is shown, by whom, to whom, and what followed.

  • One record, not many copies

The exhibition, the companies taking part and what they bring live in one place, so nobody is reconciling versions of the same event.

  • Both languages, one platform

Arabic and English are the same platform, not a site and its translation. Every screen reads naturally in the language you chose.

  • Built to be trusted

Who a company is, who may act for it and what each person agreed to are recorded — because a platform the industry shares has to be accountable for that.

The ecosystem

Who it connects

Four groups meet around the same exhibition, each seeing it from their own side.

  • Organisers

Publish an exhibition once — dates, halls, sectors, participation options — and keep one authoritative version of it.

  • Exhibitors

Present a company as a profile carrying credentials, catalogue and contacts, instead of a brochure attached to an email.

  • Buyers and visitors

Research sectors, companies and products before travelling, and arrive with a shortlist rather than a floor map.

  • Media and press

Work from announcements and press material attached to the exhibition they belong to, rather than forwarded separately.

Capabilities

What ExpoShack does

What is ready today, and what is still being built.

  • Ready

    Arabic and English as equals

Neither language is a translation of the other. Every screen reads correctly, in the right direction, in the language you chose.

  • Ready

Companies and the people who act for them

A company is a verified organisation with named members, and who may act on its behalf is recorded rather than assumed.

  • Ready

    Privacy people can rely on

Consent is recorded against the policy version a person actually saw, and their data is kept only for a stated period.
